How We Do Quality Control For Mass Production?

1.Pre-production inspections: Inspections are conducted on raw materials, components and parts before production begins to ensure they meet quality standards.

2.In-process inspections: During the production process, QC monitor the assembly line and check for quality issues according to predetermined criteria.

3.Final inspections: The finished product is inspected again for any defects or non-conformances before it is shipped to customers.

4.Testing: Depending on the product, tests may be conducted to verify its performance and safety requirements.

5.Quality records: Quality control teams keep detailed records of their inspections and tests to ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

MADE PRODUCTION EASY

01 Moccasin Outsole Stitched

Stitching an outsole for production typically involves attaching the upper portion of the shoe to the sole portion of the shoe. It can be done either manually or with a machine. Manual stitching requires skill and patience, but it is often more economical than using a machine. The steps involved in manual stitching include marking, cutting, punching holes, stretching leather over the sole and stitching together with a waxed thread. If a machine is used, it is typically an industrial lockstitch sewing machine that uses thick thread and heavy-duty needles to sew through multiple layers of leather or other materials with sole.

In a moccasin outsole stitched construction, the upper part of the shoe is stitched directly to the outsole, creating a seamless connection between the two. This type of construction allows for maximum flexibility and comfort, as the shoe can move and bend with the natural movement of the foot.Moccasin outsole stitched shoes are often associated with casual and outdoor footwear styles, such as loafers, boat shoes, and hiking boots. They are also commonly used in traditional Native American footwear, where moccasin construction has been practiced for centuries.

02 Outsole Should Be Equal In Length To Upper

Typically, the sole should be equal in length to the upper, and in some cases, slightly longer. It is important to make sure that the sole is properly fitted to the shoe upper in order to prevent it from slipping off or becoming loose. This ensures that the sole is properly supported and protects the wearers feet from the ground surface, and avoid leather peeling too.

On November 8th, the customer sent a video saying that he wanted to try sizes 32 sole with sizes 31 upper.

“I am looking at the shoe, the sole is not going full on the upper, we are worried the upper will go loose when kids wear it. Do you think is it possible try sizes 32 sole with sizes 31 upper? “
